I got a couch last week from the Crystal Peaks shopping center and was really impressed by their 24-hour delivery. The service was dependable, and the staff were super friendly. Now we've got a beautiful new sofa in our living room.

I strongly recommend staying away from this company; they are terrible. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom since she's been waiting over a year for her furniture. They’ve been completely unresponsive to her emails and calls. I've told her it's time to contact trading standards because this is just too much.

Checked out the Sofalux Drakehouse last summer and was really impressed with how the showroom was arranged. Everything was just right and truly awesome. We placed our order and got it a month later, then ordered again before Christmas and it arrived right on time. The delivery schedules are just perfect. Appreciate it, folks!

I can't find anything wrong with Sofalux. I had placed an order with Furniture Village back in January of last year and never got a thing. But when I ordered from Sofalux at the start of January, my stuff showed up just a few days ago, and let me tell you, the suite was just like we saw it. The leather quality is top-notch, and they even threw in some nice cleaning kits. I'm one happy customer! I ordered right after New Year's, and it arrived in under two weeks—truly a suite of our dreams.

I just can't trust all these glowing reviews, and here's why: I've had my fair share of dealing with this company, and they are nothing but deceitful. They've taken over £2000 from me since last August and still haven't refunded a penny. They've even wiped all their social media posts and switched directors again because they can't fulfill their promises. If you care about your hard-earned cash, steer clear of Sofalux.

Awesome experience with the sofa crew!! The couch we got was the Avanti corner suite along with a footstool, and it was super comfy and felt cozy. The sofa features a clean mark fabric and has drink holders on the side. We were pleased with it, and the design looks fantastic. For sure, we’ll be back as loyal customers, thanks!

The store is tidy and the staff are super polite, even offered me some drinks while I was placing my order—can't complain about that! I snagged a fantastic discount on my purchase. They’ve got some fresh home designs at Sofalux, but just a heads up, they only sell sofas. Honestly, their sofas are the best I’ve ever seen! I can't find anything to criticize about this company. We started picking out our new sofa around November and wanted something we’d be satisfied with for years to come. The team at Sofalux assisted me with everything I needed. This company maintains high standards and has significantly grown in South Yorkshire over the last two decades. I recall placing an order with Sofalux when they were located on Greenland Road in Sheffield. It’s impressive how an independent business has achieved such success by genuinely respecting customer rights. I noticed a negative review below, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a fake because this company is extremely professional and adheres to all their terms and conditions. We ordered a Sofalux sofa back in September, tailored to our specific design preferences. It finally arrived today, perfectly timed for Christmas, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new piece.
